For mask image I am using Powerpoint to change the background color and draw an round shape . The round shape color is white.
after creating this powerpoint slide you can save as PNG image .
Open Obs studio and add video caputure device. Right click on Video cature device and goto filter. Click on "+" mark symbol on filter select image mask / blend. Now browse the path to upload the png file. Type is selcet for alpha channel.
This is the method i am doing.
