Hello everyone, and welcome to my master’s internship series done in partnership with SexEdRescue.com (https://SexEdRescue.com) (https://SexEdRescue.com).
In this episode, we'll talk about online sexual safety and how parents can prepare their children to navigate a digital world that exposes them to information about sex, relationships, and sexuality earlier than ever before. Rather than focusing solely on rules, filters, and monitoring, we'll explore the skills that research suggests are most protective for children, including communication, boundaries, privacy, critical thinking, and recognising manipulation.
My hope is that this episode provides practical tools to help you create a home where children feel safe asking questions, discussing difficult experiences, and making decisions that align with your family's values.
