The Witcheress [Blender MoCap Animation]
A test run of Kat, Witcheress of the Cat School MoCap animation. Witcher Universe.
Software used:
Character created in MakeHuman Blender addon.
Facial motion capture was recorded with a Samsung iphone.
Animations rendered in Blender v 2.93.
Movie editing in Davinci Resolve 16.
The soundtrack is from the GWENT game.
Character belongs to me.
The animation is glitchy but this test run served the purpose of testing the workflow and now I know what needs improvement and how to fix it. So, future animations will have a smoother MoCap plus additional features. I may create a tutorial on how you can do this from start to finish if anyone is interested!
