Hey y'all! In today's episode of Bussin Eats, we're showing you how to make Gordon Ramsay's epic 10 millionth subscriber burger! This is a delicious monster of a burger including bacon, egg, mushroom and lots more. Gordon Ramsay's recipe brings burgers to the next level and we're here to show you how to make it!
🔥INGREDIENTS🔥
• 1 lb 85/15 ground beef (chuck and brisket)
• 2 oz frozen unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
• 1.5 tbsp Maldon salt
• 1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 slices swiss cheese
• 2 large portabello mushroom caps, with stem and gills taken off
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 slices thick cut applewood smoked bacon
• 1 cup baby rocket
• 1 plum tomato, cut
• Maldon salt and cracked black pepper
• 2 brioche burger buns
• Butter for toasting
For the Sriracha Mayo:
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
• Pinch of salt
