Unfortunately, for as fun as Blood is, their talents are some of the least balanced of any spec in the game. There is essentially only one tier with any real choices, that being the final tier. Red Thirst is easily the best talent in the game, and while Rune Tap is incredibly potent, the fact that it requires one rune make it a hard trade off resulting in less dps and self healing.
