DRUM REVERB TRICK 🪄
We all like to add reverb to our drums 🥁
But too much can flood the mix 😬
Here’s a way we can alter the signal feeding the reverb 👈🏻
To create a much tighter reverb effect 👌🏻
On your reverb bus,
Before your reverb,
Add a transient designer, I’ve got an enveloper...
Adjust the settings like this so it’s removing the tail and slightly boosting the attack
Now when this feeds the reverb
We have much more space resulting in a punchier drum
