Today's episode has me checking out a recent development for the Resident Evil 3 fans out there. This is the Seamless HD Project which replaces all of the 2D Pre-Rendered Backgrounds and sprites with newly upscaled ones via sophisticated Machine Learning!
How does this fan made development compare to the Sega Dreamcast version using VGA @480p via the OSSC at line 2x mode?
