To use Google Docs offline, you first need to set it up while you're connected to the internet. Start by opening Google Docs using the Chrome browser, and make sure you’re signed in to your Google account. In the top-left corner, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and choose “Settings.” In the settings panel, turn on the “Offline” toggle to enable offline access. Google will then start syncing your recent and important documents so you can work on them even without an internet connection. To ensure everything works smoothly, you also need to install the Google Docs Offline extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once it’s all set up, you can open and edit Google Docs files offline just like normal, and any changes you make will automatically sync the next time you connect to the internet.
