Rotating Text In GIMP
This tutorial shows you how to rotate text in gimp.
[Note: This can also be done with any other layer]
1.) Create a Text Layer
2.) Choose the 'Rotate Tool' in the tools bar
3.) Click and hold/drag the text to where you want to rotate
3b.) By clicking and holding a box appears to rotate in exact detail.
