Percentiles are useful for showing how a particular score ranks with regard to other scores on the same variable. Percentiles and Quartiles are used to identify any outliers in the data. Quartiles in statistics are values that divide your data into quarters. You will learn how quartile is distributed/categorized into three data points(population). Box plot creation is discussed in detail. Watch the video to gain an understanding of creation and usage of box plots and how outliers are detected from the chart.
