हमें यह समझना होगा कि डेटा corrupt क्यों हो जाता है?

डेटा corruption के कारण:
1. काम करते समय सिस्टम हैंग।
2. बिजली की खराबी के कारण कंप्यूटर बंद।
3.LAN में समस्याएँ / नेटवर्क में समस्याएँ।
4.Ledgers, Stock या Voucher बनाते समय डुप्लिकेट entry।

बरती जाने वाली सावधानियां:

We have to understand Why data gets corrupted?

When your Tally data is corrupted, then one of the following error messages might appear:
•Error Tranmgr.900 or Linkmgr.900 or Manager.900
•Error: File/Size/Position/Chars/Error Code
•Memory Access Violation
•Debug location error
•Data files damaged. Need to rewrite
•File damaged

Reasons of Data corruption :
1. System Hang
2. Computer Shutdown due to power failure.
3. LAN issues in network / issues in local network.
4. Duplicate entry while making ledgers, stock or vouchers.

Precautions to be taken:
1. Take regular backup

If anyone facing incorrect version problem in Tally, you can also user Alt+Ctrl+R command to rewrite the data. Generally Incorrect version problem arise when higher version of Tally data is trying to open in lower version of Tally.
