Putaway Receipt for Oracle Cloud

Transcript: This is a demonstration of RF-SMART for Oracle Cloud. In this demonstration I will show you how to perform a put away receipt using RF-SMART. The put away receipt transaction is used to put away items that were received using the standard receipt routing option on a purchase order on the screen you're seeing an RF-SMART scanning device on the right and a receipt in Oracle Cloud on the left in the previous receiving demonstration we'd receive two items one with the direct delivery routing option and another with the standard receipt routing option we will now put away the item that was received using the standard receipt routing option when we enter into the put away receipt function RF-SMART will ask for the org code which can be scanned or entered or defaulted using our smart configurations the next thing we need to collect is a receipt number you can obtain the receipt number by having it printed out at the time of receiving using RF-SMART or for this example I have the receipt open and Oracle Cloud the receipt number that I want to put away is five zero four six five now we need to collect the item number that we want to put away if there's a barcode available to scan at this point we could scan it or we can manually enter the item or press the list button to see what items are associated to this receipt number once we select the item we need to enter the quantity and unit of measure that we want to put away now we'll choose the southern majority that we want to put the inventory away in if you always put your self inventory in a specific sub inventory you can default this value or we can scan or enter it or choose the sub inventory using the list functionality if locators were turned on RF-SMART would have prompted for the locator after entering the sub inventory now let's update the receipt numerical cloud to see that the item would just put away has been delivered to the store so the inventory this has been a demonstration of our smart for Oracle Cloud.
