To stretch natural hair without causing damage to the strands, I use stretch panels
A safe way to stretch out natural hair that has been heat damaged without causing further damage to the strands is by setting your hair in plaits or in this case I used CWKgirls SSS plates (stretch plates) followed by sitting under a hooded dryer to dry.
