Discussion on Industry Standard Note on minimum disclosure for RPTs
On February 15, 2025, Industry Standard Forum, under the aegis of the Stock Exchanges and in consultation with SEBI, has formulated industry standards, prescribing enormous quantum of minute and detailed disclosures to be made while placing RPTs before the audit committee and shareholders for approval, in order to ensure uniformity and enhanced transparency.
