We visited Fremont Street in Las Vegas Old Town to take on the "World's Spiciest Pizza" challenge at Evel Pie - THE REAPER. The pizza arrives with a huge flame, and is made up of Habanero chile sauce, chili pepper infused mozzarella, sriracha-marinated chorizo sausage and sliced Habanero peppers. The world's hottest pizza will cost you $49.99, unless you can complete the challenge under 30 minutes with no ranch sauce to cool your mouth down
