As humans, we all crave for security. We want to feel safe and have a sense of control of our life. Uncertainty is all around us. It is now more evident than ever due to COVID-19 pandemic. Uncertainty can leave us anxious and drain us emotionally. It is very important to learn to deal with uncertainty.
Uncertainty does not mean bad outcome. Most of the surprising good events that happen in our life is also a part of uncertainty. So it is important for us to understand this and stay positive. It is important to accept uncertainty. Uncertainty could also lead to a beautiful outcome. Life would be boring without uncertainty. Uncertainty helps us to be resilient and grow as an individual.
We must learn to differentiate between controllable and uncontrollable factors. We need to focus only on controllable factors. Trying to control the uncontrollable can leave you stressed.
Shift your focus to controllable. Shift your focus to your work, hobbies, your interests. Stay healthy both physically and mentally. Manage stress.
