How To Create A Welding Scene With Sound
Here is an easy way to control your welders flashes with your audio clips. Using a DFPlayer Mini module like I featured in a previous video, we can control the intensity and speed of our LEDs flashing.
It took me a while to modify a sketch I found created by Dave Bodner for thunder & lightning. I combined a previous project of my welder and building lights. I added a barrel fire in the sequence of building lights, then activated the welders flash from an mp3 file of welding sounds.
This project can be an easy addition to any model railroad. It can be modified to add or subtract any amount of LEDs and any audio clips can be used. With the DFPlayer Mini, you can add as many audio files as your micro SD card will hold.
