Strong Consistency ensures that any read will return the most recent write for a given piece of data. This is typically implemented using protocols like Paxos or Raft, which coordinate between nodes to ensure consensus.

Eventual Consistency offers a more relaxed approach. In this model, the system guarantees that if no new updates are made, all replicas will eventually become consistent. It's often used in distributed databases like Cassandra or DynamoDB.
