Huawei Watch Face Maker v0.7 preview
Hi all, and happy 2020 to everyone.
Sorry for my absence, I'm facing some major health problems, but I still have the strength to carry on developing this.
The new version will be released until January 19 and will feature two new functionalities:
hundreds of embedded images: backgrounds, dials, hands, stencils and overlays.
image effects, like hue/saturation/lightness, emboss, color adjust, negative, flip and many others.
I'm also finishing what will finally be the tool to upload your finished faces to the watch. It'll be called Huawei Watch Face Manager and it'll connect automatically to Face Maker and your watch to make your life easier.
I ended up deciding on a mobile app, since I was having a hard time making the BLE connection work both on Linux and on Windows with the available libraries on the framework I chose. I kind of regret that I chose Electron framework, I hate javascript/typescript. So, in the future, I'll be switching to another framework.
So, Huawei Watch Face Manager will be available soon on Google Play and unfortunatelly it won't be free, but it'll be very cheap!
I'm losing a lot of time developing this, I hope you understand.
Huawei Watch Face Maker, on the other hand and as promised, will always be free (for personal use).
So thank you all for your support, I hope I can keep on providing steady updates, as well as providing support for new watches like the newcomer GT2!
