Spiros Michalakis is a Staff Researcher and the Manager of Outreach at the Institute for Quantum Information and Matter (IQM) at Caltech, where he does research on quantum many-body physics and topological quantum order and curates the IQM blog, Quantum Frontiers. He also serves as Relay Ventures' Professor-in-Residence.
This Fireside chat with Relay's Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Kevin Talbot, covers a brief history of an academic problem, Spiros introduced at last year's conference and an update on the solution.
