How to use a PS3 Controller with your PC / Computer
What you will need:
PS3 Playstation 3 Wireless Dualshock 3 Sixaxis Controller
USB Mini-B Cable (Charger)
Computer or Laptop with Internet Access (I use Windows 7)
Step 1: Check your system type of your operating system
64 bit or 32 bit type operating system
Step 2: Download and Install Motionjoy DS3 Tool
32 bit:

Once installed, insert your PS3 controller with the USB Mini-B cable and test the controller, install the driver, and make sure it works.
For some PC games, the PS3 controller will be recognized naturally, but sometimes, you may need Xpadder to make the controller work for anything else without gamepad support.
Step 3: Download and install uTorrent

Whenever you use PS3 controller with your PC, always turn on Motionjoy DS3 Tool first and make sure things are working. Leave DS3 Tool on, and then open Xpadder. Leave both on if you want to use the PS3 Controller with PC.
Step 5: Set-up and customize Xpadder
Make sure you save your profiles and settings
Set-up each button
Step 6: Add finishing customization to the Xpadder profile and save
