How to Turn Off Any Nintendo Switch Wireless Controller Without Sleeping or Powering Down Console
I stumbled upon this neat little trick a couple of months ago. This happened around the time that I purchased my PowerA Animal Crossing Controller and I needed a way to turn off the controller to save battery, without having to sleep or power down my Nintendo Switch.
