In this video, I will show you how to change your email on Genshin Impact. You can do that in game. Launch the game and when you are inside, you will want to press the escape button.
This will pull up the game menu. Click on the settings icon on the left side. Then, select the account tab. Click on the user center and a pop up will show.
You will see your user details. To start change your email, click on the ”modify link” button. Click on the “send” button to get your 6 digit verification code. It is sent to your email. Make sure to check your spam folder.
You will need to enter captcha here.
After that, retrieve the 6 digit code from your email and put the code inside this box. Once that is done, click on the “next” button.
Now, you have the option to put in the new email you want to link to. Input that and click on the “send” button once more. You will need to enter a new captcha here before it will send you a 6 digit verification code once more. Retrieve that from your new email and put in the 6 digit code here.
Finally, click on “link” when you are done and the new email will linked to this genshin impact account.
