Welcome!
Bodyweight is our very first training sessions exclusively for men. 15 workouts to BOOST your strength, speed, endurance, coordination, agility and mobility. The workouts will challenge you trough each session you complete.

The program is design to be executed for 3 weeks working for 5 straight days & 2 rest days. Then you should start over and test yourself how you improve through your second round.

Routine Day 1:
1. Rocket push up - 20
2. Mountain climbers - 40
3. Runner lunge HK - 20
4. Squat to jump squat - 15
5. Punch crunch - 15
6. Bicycle kicks - 40
