This video has two sections in it, the intro and the tutorial.
The tutorial which starts at the 4:05 mark, was shot pre-pandemic. The intro was shot 8 weeks into quarantine to shed light on the value of this practice as an Energy Adding resource for dramatic increase in the demand for adaptation.

Originally this video was created to serve as a reference material to assist our students in training the basics of assembling our structure for centered movement and energy building. The combined skill of assembling our Centered stance and the discipline of maintaining it throughout our movements is called Shen Fa or body power. It serves the foundation for our training- Spiritually move through and with conflict , from Center. Shen Shing Wu Chan. Shen Fa x Time = Energy Increase. This Energy is used to meet the the demands for adaptation to change and lower stress damage, strain, and harm.
