Crank but No Start? Solved! | Common Ford Problem | 5 minute Ignition Barrel Switch Swap.
I thought it was the starter motor, but it's not! After 6 months of trouble starting my Transit, getting progressively worse, and after lots of testing, someone suggested the ignition barrell switch was a common Ford failure on all these types of key ignition including Mondeo, Focus, Fiesta, Fusion, Transit and Transit Connect. It was such an easy fix, I had to share it.
