In today's video, I demonstrate how to enable and utilize your dedicated GPU/Graphics card on Discord if it's not already being utilized by the application.
[TEXT GUIDE]
[1] Open Discord. Then, either search for it or right-click the taskbar and open the task manager.
[2] Ensure that you click "more details" and then select "processes" at the top.
[3] Locate "Discord," right-click on it, and choose "Open file location."
[4] Now, close both the task manager and Discord. Copy the file directory from the File Explorer you just opened:
C:\Users\ComplexNeko\AppData\Local\Discord\app-1.0.9025
[5] Once you have copied the file directory, search for "Graphic settings" in the bottom left.
[6] When "Graphic settings" loads, click on "browse." Another File Explorer window will appear. Paste the previously copied file directory at the top and press enter.
[7] After doing that, locate Discord.exe, select it, and click on "add."
[8] An option named "Discord" should appear in your graphics settings.
[9] Click on "Discord," select "Options," and then click on "High Performance" to choose your graphics card. Click "save" and close the graphics settings.
[10] Relaunch Discord, and it should now be utilizing your dedicated graphics card.
