Between April and May 2024, Brazil experienced one of the greatest natural disasters in its history: the floods in Rio Grande do Sul.
However, in stark contrast to this event, and despite the abundance of water resources, the country also suffers from drought in numerous locations, especially in the Northeast region.
Therefore, a question arises: could projects from abroad, such as artificial rivers and canals, put an end to this scarcity?
