Samsung Galaxy S7 Display Problem (Green screen)
The Galaxy S7 has great features, very light, and good battery life. Problem is that the screen went bad within the first 2 months. The phone has been in a protected case and was never dropped or put in water. The display shows green while in sleep mode and green to solid white when trying to activate the device. There are no viewable images, just green or white hues, nearly solid colors with no shapes. The device has been shipped back for repairs and I have to fall back to an older phone while my expensive phone sits in maintenance. This early in the release and having used the Note II, Note Edge, and two Galaxy S5 in the family, I would've thought they would give me an immediate replacement. First customer service provided 2-day shipping. After begging the second customer service, I received overnight shipping. Device was received in Plano on 29 Apr morning and no status.
