Delete Temporary Files

Register Urlmon.dll
Step 1
Open the "Start" menu, then select "Run."

Type "Regsvr32 urlmon.dll," and then click "OK."

Step 4
Click on Settings - Advanced - Open Proxy Settings - Security - Restricted sites - Add your "Restricted sites URL"
Step 5
Restart your computer
