Search text | Search String | Search Pattern | grep command | Unix | Linux Shell Script Command - Hindi

-c Count the number of occurrence of the pattern in the files
-n Display line numbers along with lines containing the pattern
-v Select lines not containing the pattern
-l Display only the names of the files where a pattern was found
-i Ignore case for pattern matching
-h Omit filenames when handling multiple files
