This apartment needed a major renovation transformation of the open area on the first floor including floors,
Kitchen, Stair Railings and ceiling level problems. We kept the appliances in the same location putting back a vented hood, gas range, a vented washer/dryer and lots of adjustments to the ceiling, island at counter height level with popup outlets and charging stations among other things!
