Remembering Mister Rogers: 20 Years Without You
On this day twenty years ago in 2003, the world lost a very special friend and neighbor when Mister Rogers died of stomach cancer at the age of 74.
Here, I reflect on his death, the nation’s reaction, and how Mister Rogers remains relevant 20 years after his death and 21 years after his final episode of “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood”.
