The Mount Cheam Lions once again hosted a Train and Hobby Show at the Heritage Park facility in Chilliwack, BC, October 15 and 16 2016.

The Mount Rainier N Scale Club were on hand with an extensive N-Trak modular layout.

Mount Rainier N Scale was established in December, 1993, and adopted the International operational practices that N-Trak developed, three tracks connected at the outer edge of the modules, plus the club uses the optional mountain line, 3-1/8th inches above the other tracks and at the rear of the module, for the basic layout . The mountain line allows running additional trains and increases the amount of action for the public, since that's what show operation is all about.

During my visit, train operation was somewhat slowed (someone said the trains might be camera-shy) but we did catch some action and provide an overview of this year's layout.

Recorded with a Sony HDR-CX110.
Edited and produced using Cyberlink PowerDirector 15 Ultra.

N.B.The photographer and cameras did not encroach on the line of the right-of-way in taking this video. It is dangerous, foolhardy (and illegal) to enter on railway rights-of-way. Just sayin' ... "You don't stand on a runway to watch airplanes."
