Commenter Q&A: How can I keep a high sheen on DecoFilm Soft Metallic HTV?
We had a commenter ask us how to keep a high sheen on DecoFilm Soft Metallic HTV (by Specialty Materials). Normally, this HTV ends up with a really soft, retro finish after it's been pressed, peeled and repressed. But if you want a mirror finish, what can you do.
We tested a couple of different techniques to get the answer. The first result, you can get a shinier finish by skipping the re-press. The second result, you can get good results by layering on another piece of HTV. Watch the full video for results!
