Songbird gives you 6 Relic Points automatically through the story (3 in "Dog Eat Dog" and 3 in "Birds With Broken Wings"). The remaining 9 points must be found manually across Dogtown to fully unlock your Relic Skill Tree and thus, unlock the achievement "Relic Ruler".
