Here's a quick video on how to get the 'Untellable Tale'' achievement in Genshin Impact.
Firstly, you need to complete the 'Lost in the Snow' world quest which you can finish by talking to Joel. After completing the quest, there will be a plate (location in video) which you can feed the foxes with berries for 5 days (real days not in-game time).
On the sixth day, a precious chest should spawn and you will unlock the achievement after opening it and also obtain a crimson agate as well.
