Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will begin buying back its shares on March 9 and will run till March 23. This one is the fourth buyback of TCS.
The 14-day long TCS buyback offer is priced at Rs 4,500 per equity share, a 23.53 per cent premium to the volume-weighted average market price since January 7, 2022, and about 25 percent higher than the current market price.
TCIL and TATA sons are also availing in this TCS Buyback, TCIL is going to offer 11055 shares and Tata sons is offering 2.88 crore shares, these companies will get a profit of approx. ₹12993 crores.
