How to Fix Black Screen Error in Tom Clancy's The Division with 5 different methods. i hope your problem will be solve.
Method 1:
If you face the black screen then press ALT + ENTER to put the game in windowed mode
Method 2:
Now change the resolution when you get into game. Make sure that the resolution you are using in-game, should be supported by your screen.
Method 3:
If above two method doesn't work then try this method just follows the steps:
Open the File Location(C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy’s The Division)
Find GFXSettings.Rogue_x64.xml.
Right Click and Edit
Scroll till you find the Resolution
Set Custom Height and Width(your Resolution)
Save and Start the Game.
Method 4:
Run as Administrator
Method 5:
Run the game in windows 7 compatibility mode
