Make the AREPAS con QUESO from DISNEY’S "CHARM"!

Ingredients:
½ tsp salt
100 g some cheese to melt (I use double-cream cheese)
100 g salted cheese (if you don’t have, use another one or add 200 grams of the previous one, plus an additional ½ tsp salt)
2 tbsp or 40 g margarine
500 ml or 2 cups water
280 grams or 2 cups precooked white cornmeal
Servings: 9 arepas
Size: 10 cm in diameter
