RCD410 PRO OEM Head Unit with CarPlay and Android Auto | RCD330 Noname Receiver Review
Since the RCD 330 radio (versions 187A, 187B) have been discontinued and are almost completely out of stock at suppliers, a third-party factory has begun assembling the RCD 360 and RCD 410 modifications.
These modifications are based on the 280 series for the MQB platform, which are functionally identical to the 187B version and also feature Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Mirrorlink.
To meet the still-existing demand for these radios, Chinese wholesalers purchased the remaining original RCD 330 components from factories (Desay and Tianbao) and established their own production, resulting in this model, the RCD 410. The RCD 360 is also available. The hardware and software of the modified RCD 280 and the original 187B are almost identical, and the motherboards of the two radios are identical.
The RCD 410 radio includes the following improvements:
1. The position of the built-in microphone has been improved;
2. The outdated AUX function has been removed;
3. A functional SCAN button for quick radio station search has been added in place of the microphone grille. This also improves the visual symmetry of the front panel design.
The 280 Noname model is a modified version of the 187B with the 280 Noname (Tianbao) and a modified version of the motherboard, making it better than the Desai 280!
