If you take a look at the graph which shows the latest home prices from 7 industry leaders if we average them all together experts say nation wide will see roughly 10% appreciation this year while that isn't the 15% increase the market saw in 2021 it certainly not a decline. And what I hope stands out is that none of them are forecasting depreciation.
