Elite Dangerous, LTT 198 and Hodack system permits
I based at Kigandan for the LTT 198 permit and Dhathaarib then Chuelchs for the Hodack permit. For LTT 198 I sold my remaining exploration data (2 pages) and then did several anti-piracy combat missions to ally with the principle faction and get the permit. For Hodack I did a big stack of anti-pirate missions and the occasional donation mission at Dhathaarib; but the main faction is nearly maxed out there and I didn't see much progress so I moved to Chuelchs and did the same thing and eventually allied with the principle faction and got the permit.
