Rapist still on the run from police
BROWN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- An accused rapist is still eluding police.
James Rebensdorf faces rape and kidnapping charges in Brown County. The charges stem from an incident Saturday, Sept. 13.
Deputies called the 34-year-old armed and dangerous.
