In this solo episode I'm showing you how to build and sell a real AI service business without knowing how to code. I start by using ChatGPT and Lovable to build an instant quote generator and a job profit tracker for garage door repair businesses. Then I use GoHighLevel to create an AI voice agent that answers calls, collects customer info, and can help business owners stop missing leads after hours. Finally, I walk through the full customer acquisition process, from scraping leads with Outscraper to cleaning the data in Google Sheets, sending cold texts with StraightText, and getting real interest from a business owner live on camera.
