Steps
1. First, turn on your notebook first.
2. Second, if the printer is off, turn it on and connect the USB cable to the notebook.
3. Third, open the Microsoft Word worksheet to be printed.
4. Fourth, click the office button in the upper left corner so a pop-up menu will appear, then select print or for a faster way click CTRL + P to print the document.
5. The next step will appear the print menu. In this menu there will be several options and configurations that must be done before printing the document.
6. In the printer name option, there is a printer option that will be used to print the worksheet, in this option adjust it to the printer you are using and is plugged into your notebook.
7. Page range is the option to print documents that include “all, current page, and pages”. If we select the all option, then all documents on the worksheet will be printed as a whole. Current page is an option where we will print only the documents we choose, meaning that the printed document is the document where the mouse pointer is placed. Pages function to print the document according to the selected page.
8. Next there is a copies option, on this menu are settings to set the number of copies to be printed.
9. Then click print to print the worksheet. After that wait until the print process is complete.
Notes
1. Before printing a document, first set the paper size on the MS Word worksheet that will be used.
2. Adjust the paper settings (page layout) with the paper you are using.
3. If you are printing a document with a very large number of pages, it is recommended to use the pages command, and print the document in small increments. For example, 10 to 15 sheets per one time printing.
4. If you have printed a large number, do cleaning on the printer.
