What are you looking for in a new position? Figuring out how to answer this interview question does not seem hard at first, but it can actually be a pretty challenging question to answer perfectly.
In this video, I am going to show you how to avoid the things you shouldn't say when answering this interview question, as well as give you two strategies to use to absolutely nail this interview question and position yourself as the best candidate for the job.
When it comes to the uncertainty that is a job interview and just an interview process in general, you have to control what you can control. One of those things is preparation. By having your answer to this question ready, you can succeed in increase your chances of being the candidate who ends up getting a job offer.
