Cooking on a fire: calzone (folded pizza)
Originally I had intended to do this from a camp but lockdown has got in the way. So part done in our kitchen but cooked outside on our fire pit. On a trip I have a small grill to go over a fire.

The first time I did this was on the banks of the Missinaibi River in Ontario part way into a 13 day trip. Great team event for the preparation and then folk can cook their own. The amounts given will work for four individual calzones.
