Send Email to Multiple Records/ Bulk Email via Workflow or System Setting in Dynamics 365
We can enable "Send Direct Email" for all the entities under Settings-Administration and a button will appear on the command bar for sending email on the selection of multiple records.
Otherwise, we can create a workflow for the particular entity and trigger it to send email.
