A day in the life of a data recovery engineer - typical problems we fix all day, every day - Apple iPhone overheating then died, iPhone 8+ not turning on, 128 GB SD memory card could not read video files, asking to be formatted. A dropped clicking Toshiba hard drive and the customer purchased 2 hard drives (different brands, what?) to get the saved files back from us (a special request), another hard drive not detected, our customer said 'please help!', Seagate hard drive with system area damage/firmware corruption..all data recovered!
